Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Clarkson rocked the (White) House Monday morning as the two singers helped officially kick off President Barack Obama‘s second term in office.

In front of over a million people, an incredibly nervous and cold Kelly brought Washington to its feet with her performance of “My Country Tis Of Thee“.
Beyonce, a longtime President Obama supporter, also graced the stage with her performance of the National Anthem. She would prove once again how amazing she is as a performer when she removed her earpiece midway through the song. However, the NY Daily News are claiming Beyonce lip-synced her jaw-dropping performance of the “Star Spangled Banner“.
We couldn’t help but smile when we saw Kelly and Beyonce have a mini freak-out after the performances. Kelly took to her Twitter with the caption, “Me and B just hangin’ out ….don’t worry about it. Seriously, God did good. She is so beautiful!”
